We hope that this outdoor meeting will lead to the creation of a world-wide looking-out network to prevent compulsory execution of the dam construction plan in the Yoshino River (Yoshinogawa). All your messages will be forwarded to the appropriate government agencies. Please join us either in person or on the Web, to reclaim the river for the people, and to stop inappropriate development.

By bus
From JR Tokushima Station, take Tokushima Bus, Nijo Kamojima Line for Nishi-Oe or Ichiba. After approximately 30 minutes travel, get off at Daiju-Shinden stop on the north bank of the Yoshino River.

By car or bycicle
From R11, take road on the north bank of the Yoshino River. Ride approximately 10km to west (upstream).
